The office was fine and the staff was ok. However Ms. Eckler herself gave no useful information - and more than that her attitude was condescending and insulting. I really had high hopes of learning something from her and was very disappointed.
My appointment was pointless and a waste of time. I really resent that I took time off from work to meet with her. She clearly didn't listen to me - It seemed that she had her predetermined script and did not adjust her recommendations even when I told her that I do not eat certain foods. It was extremely discouraging.
At the end of the day she had no specific or individualized recommendations and I learned nothing from my time with her. Instead of helping with my diet, she frustrated me to the point that I wanted to eat more chocolate.
