I called this provider and left a message. She called back and was so rude. She had a nasty tone, cut me off while I was speaking, and replied antagonistically when I asked her simple questions.

In the beginning, as I began describing my ailments she said the insurance wouldn't pay. She switched subjects and interrupted a few times, then she suddenly seemed to be making an appointment. But she said I had to justify being unavailable for a morning appointment. She had never even told me if she was available in the mornings or any other office hours/days ...nothing!

I have a lot of medical problems and I asked her which of my myriad symptoms she thought my cheapo insurance would most likely agree was in need of nutritionist help. I needed to know how to convince my insurance to pay. She refused to tell me, snapping "You're talking to a very highly educated woman with 2 Master degrees from Columbia. So I don't know what it is you want."

I almost informed her about my multiple degrees from Duke University, but decided "Who cares? I don't need to mention my education to be spoken to like a human being."

I don't recommend this woman for anything or anyone.
