Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. I asked for some nutritional and lifestyle advice, because I know how important it is, but they ignored me! It was very frustrating. I was very numb when I left my appointment. It scared me to death and I'm never going back.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
