They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
