I saw Dr Paul initially in 2010 for very painful sciatica, that I thought I could fix with ibuprofen and some stretching, when they lessened the pain enough. He was friendly and very thorough in his initial assessment session. I was shown on a chart what areas he would be working on, what issues the adjustments would affect, and a treatment plan, both in the office and for me to do at home. Dr. Paul's explanation of the progress and what effects I should achieve, as well as a timeline for pain termination was very accurate in my case.

I'm writing this 1-16-18, as I just went back to Dr. Paul for a few quick adjustments. I knew from the start of the pain what was coming, so made an appointment. Dr. Paul is still just as friendly and even remembered a few things from the past to comment about. It was great to see him again, and three adjustments later, I'm back to good. I would heartily recommend him!

In April of 2016 I was involved in an accident where I was rear ended. I had been to another Chiropractor where I lived yet really didn't see many results until I saw Dr Paul in August of 2016. After meeting him and determining what was incorrect and how to set it back we went to work together to complete the task and get me back on the road to recovery. After two and a half weeks of working with Dr. Paul, my posture had been corrected, the low back hip pain had disappeared and the neck pain was more manageable then it had ever been. I feel as if I am on a road, finally, to a potential complete recovery. Dr, Paul had given me the tools and support to complete my needed task to and for recovery. He was honest, sincere and cared.

I wanted to feel that I got some value after my appointment but I can't say they had a holistic approach.
