My son has been going to this practicioner for the last several months and speaks very highly of Dr. Ericson. He is always amazed he walks out after a treatment with immediate relief. My son is fifteen so I am always present at treatment and have always been very impressed. Last weekend I experience an event that left me numb all the way down my left side. I called both the medical clinic and Headwaters Chiropractic because my son was so pleased with his treatment. I got in to both the regular medical clinic and with Dr. Ericson the same day. Dr. Ericson took a complete medical history, asked detailed questions about the incident and gave me a simple treatment on my lower back to help until the medical clinic gave me the okay there was nothing more severe (40 year diabetic so my health issues are many and complicated). The treatment didn't take long at all, was very gentle and within a very short while by back felt much, much better.

The staff and Dr. Ericson are low key in a good way-- no pressure to come back right away for more treatments. It's obvious they're more concerned about your health than they are simply putting money in the cash register.

I was very impressed and feel I have found my chiropractic clinic. My wife and I originally found this provider by asking other people we knew in the area who they went to and although I'm sure there are other very qualified chiropractors in the area the combination of caring, quality, facility and of course results makes this practice an obvious choice to us.

They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
