I much better after my adjustment. It wasn't noticeable immediately, but in the following days I found that my neck no longer hurt as much, nor cracked on it's own. Dr Smith gave me exercises to help strengthen muscles that were causing my problems. He answered my questions so that I understood the answers, even re-explaining things. The staff is very friendly & happy.
