They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
