It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

.The staff was more than willing to take my insurance and co-pay without checking the benefits that the insurance would pay for. After three co-pays of $35 and 4 months of time the staff sent me a bill for an additional charge of $120 for services not covered. When I contacted them they refused to offer any financial relief even though they never bothered to check the benefit level up front nor did they advise me that the care being rendered would additional charges that I would incur. Be careful with using them without them first checking your benefit level. They have lost me as a customer and I will not be recommending them to any of my family or friends.
