I have been here many times before and it seems that over the last few months, service has been declining. The staff usually provides great service and i always feel better after my appointments, but lately their performance has not been to its full potential. They have even cancelled a few of my appointments (moved them to other dates) because of personal reasons by the owner.

They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
