I had an appt. but when I got there, I was informed that they may not be able to "squeeze me in." I didn't just walk in & ask to be seen, I had an appt. The lady at the desk insisted that I fill out the necessary paperwork, which I did - thinking that I was still going to get to see the dr. but she came back with "he can see you at 3:30, can you come back then?" I went on down the street & got in with another chiropractor, without an appt. Just saying, what's the point of having an appt. when you may or may not be seen??

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
