I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I've never had to wait too long. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition.
