Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I have seen Dr. Jacobsen for several years. Mostly because my insurance limits me to certain providers and that basically is just this one on this side of the border in the area sad to say. This provider has very few office staff that are decent at their jobs and seemingly do their jobs.. I mostly see them chatting to each other all the time when I am there VS patients.

As for the doctor.. That is a the same poor diagnosis. Recently he dared to make indecent remarks about another doctor I visit whom has very high remarks on the internet mind you.. And it was incredibly unprofessional for a doctor to have done this before another patient when all I did is make a comment about another medication he suggested.. Afterall drugs happened to have been his specialty field. Plus he dared to make a comment "why didn't he cure your cancer too?" If Jacobsen had any intelligence to him he should have known to zip his lips when he made that statement as there is no cure to my cancer. It was the most arrogant statement he could have made.

I have several times asked this practice to give me to another doctor as they have a few.. And they say I have to have permission from my current providing doctor etc etc.. Last I knew that is not was is written into law.
