They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.
