Dr. Bridge is absolutely great and amazing ! He is one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It is obvious that he and his office cares about his patients, and they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern we had was addressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
