They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. After I asked for some additional details, they made me feel very uncomfortable and stupid for asking. I was surprised that they would be that harsh. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.
