They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I thought the chairs in the waiting room were about average. I didn't mind waiting in them, but they could do better. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
