I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Richard Washinsky, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. I had quite a few questions, but they were able to answer almost none of them. I left without getting the information I needed.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
