Walsky said he could diagnose movement disorders, which is why i went to him. this is a fallacy, he is not competent to do so. he didn't listen well at the app't, didn't call me as promised with his plan for diagnosis. i finally called his office & was informed by an employee that i had been referred for a test. after researching the test, i called to discuss it with him & he became verbally abusive at my questioning. had he listened during the app't he would have known the test was inappropriate. he also slandered my physician who is a well respected doctor & professor by saying he doesn't know what he's doing.

The front office staff were atrocious. They refused to schedule my apt and refused to return phone calls after promising to call back. They promised to set up dates for CT scans and blood work within 1-2 working days. It took over 5 buisness days. When I asked what the delay was they refused to answer and played dumb. I needed paper work to be filled out for my work and after 8 working days they had not done it. I got disciplinary action against me at work for thier unwillingness to do thier job.

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Sometimes, but most of the time they don't
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
