The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.
I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
