They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
