Misdiagnosed me before waiting for test to come back. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
