The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.
