There were a few times during the appointment that I felt like they were ridiculing me a little bit for some of my parenting opinions and I didn't appreciate it. I feel as though they were great with my children when they were infants but as they have gotten older I feel that I have to research everything and push for everything. I do not feel that I should have to be my childs dr. and just have them authorized to do the tests. Some of the Dr.'s treat me as though I am over protective though we have discovered serious health problems with one of my children's health. It has taken me being a pest to discover it though and going with my instincts They don't really take that extra step to make my children feel special and appointments are beginning to take a long time. We always get in the same day though and we never have to wait very long to be seen. My children are very use to going to that office and we know everyone there. I could tell that they took pride in their office's . The office It was very well organized and well taken care of. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
