They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional at first but this opinion changed as my treatment continued with no change but worsened.

I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I definitely don't trust their advice.

I was misdiagnosed and repeated injections and improper treatment caused my condition to worsen. Some of the front dest staff seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help me or anyone.
