Dr.Simons is a very caring doctor, he listened to my every complaint and addressed every question/concern I had. His nurse Jaela was very helpful also, she called the pharmacy to make sure she a had an updated list of the medications I had just received from a specialist I went to. After I left the office I had to call back and ask her about a medication interaction she helped me as much as she could then called back the same day after talking to doctor Simons for his advice. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who is searching for a caring professional! I've read other comments about being placed on hold and I want to say that they are a very busy office so while they aren't able to answer every phone call because they are taking such great care of the patients in the office, they do return phone calls promptly!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
