Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel better and more confident for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to waste their time on questions i could probably look up online, but they were so very kind and helpful, they made me feel at ease while calmy answering any questions i had and encouraging me to call back if i had additional ones. I appreciated the time they took on me and not rushing to hang up like so many do which pleasently suprised me having seen how busy and hectic they can get. This group unlike many, hires the staff needed to run a smooth operating office unlike others trying to have one or two employees doing the jobs of five. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
