The office is conviniently located and the staff is always respectful and polite. Dr. Kenedy is very knowledgeable. However, the wait is always long at the waiting room and also long at the exploration room. And at the end, patient spent less than 8 minutes with the Doctor, it feels like she is rushing you. Besides, they charge if they have to call your pharmacy for a refill on the medication and they also charge the pharmacist for every prescription request they make. That to me is very commercial and instead of feeling like a patient I ended up feeling like a customer.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
