Dr is rushed but polite. Staff is rude, rude, rude. The staff is very unprofessional and will argue with you about anything you ask, will talk over you and disagree with you when you say that you asked for a receipt and they didnt provide one. Dont waste your time. I have been there 6 times and they ask me what I need to be seen for - I tell them the same this as the last 2 visits - they tell me they cant look at me record.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. After waiting 2 months to get approved for Humara and was denied by insurance, I contacted the office and asked for the doctor to review my chart to see if I could try an oral medication, as requested by my insurance. After not hearing from anyone at the doctor's office for a week, I called again. After several attempts to see why my phone call had not been returned within a weeks time frame, Dr. Cornelison called me back and refused to talk to me over the phone about my medication options, he said that I would have to come in the office. After him not listening to me and over talking me, he told me that he wouldn't tell me anything over the phone pertaining to any new medication and he wished me luck in finding someone to help my medical problem.
