I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable and hurt my back while waiting for my child's appointment. I practically jumped out of it as soon as they called our name for the appointment.
They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
