I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
