They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Their staff is friendly and professional. The office waiting room was very pleasant.
