I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. When i walked in it smelt great! i could smell the chemo but it didn't bother me
