I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
