They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the ophthalmologist.
I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
