They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
