I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They ALWAYS listen to my questions and any issues I have and take all the time I need. They are by far the best doctors for pain, very concerned and caring.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared.
