I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
