The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
