They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
