The office staff was friendly until a question was asked that they didn't know the answer to, or wanted to refrain from answering. then they were cold and rude. The dr. from the beginning was horribly rude. He did not listen to what I had to say, and tried to leave the room twice without examining my symptoms. I followed him out of the room two times. Finally he looked at my ear under a microscope and found that there was a problem. Didn't help his personality any, because he was just as pompous as he started out. I've had to call the office myself for everything. They were suppose to call with a mri appt. I had to leave a message for a manager before anyone would call me back. After the mri I was told the day that I'd recieve word from the office and still I had to call and leave messages for any phone call. I will never go to this office again and advise all others steer clear as well. I work for a medical office myself and if any of our staff acted in the manner in which I observed they'd be written up or fired.
