I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all.
