Dr. Dick advised me one test and test was done in his office. But I was told to come another day to know the test results. I have seen a lot of other doctors letting you know what the results over the phone. Is the plan to generate money only?

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.
