I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO MEDICAL EAST! All your front desk coordinators were only worried about what time they were leaving, i felt very uncomfortable here! THIS TOPPED OFF MY EXPERIENCE RIGHT HERE ****WHEN TAKING MY BLOOD NO GLOVES WERE USED, I WAS LAYING DOWN FACING THE WALL B-C I GET REALLY LIGHT HEADED**** A FAMILY MEMBER WITNESSED THIS,WHO WAS IN THE ROOM WITH ME!! THE DOCTOR DIDN'T EVEN WEAR THEM! THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE REPORTED!

Dr. David Purner is nothing but a complete ass! He doesn't even deserve 1 star rating. When I went to medical east and last week, this was the man I saw for what was troubling me. I hardly ever go there as it is because you wait and wait forever to see anyone. I've been here twice in the past 8 or 9 years seriously. This time did it for me though. I will NEVER be going back. He was very rude and did not seem to care about anything I was really saying almost like I was joking or simply lying about what I felt was wrong with me. Anytime I said anything he was a smartass about it. I wanted to tell him where he could go and leave the room I was in. At the end of it all, he gave me cards for other doctors who were accepting new patients when in fact I have a regular doctor but she was booked up for the next 2 weeks(hence, why I came to medical east). I pretty much got nothing out of it at all other than a rude ass doctor who needs to be slapped in the face.
