I do NOT recomend this doctor..he gave me 8 Steroid Epidurals within 5 weeks and I was not told they were steroid injections I was told they were just for pain and I gained 30 lbs and the steroids did so much damage to my body..I would not even give Dr Hakim one star..do not go to this doctor!!!

expensive , long wait time 2 hour or more, not recomended will not do anything without office visit which you have to pay for.
