Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up
