I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They have not done their part to figure out what is causing my seizures or started any meds and Ive been seeing Dr Marino for 7 months now. They need to treat their staff with more respect and inform them of the nessary infomation before they call someone back with an answer to a question. They were overly rude and could have been a lot nicer. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I don not at all appreciate their lack of concern for my condition. They act like I'm making things up! Because I havent had a seizure in their office they tell me I'm not having seizures at all. I've been waiting 4days now for a return phone call on why Dr Marino refused the er doctor I saw 3 weeks ago (after having a seizure infront of my 3yr old) to put me on seizure meds. Every time Ive called for an appointment I have to wait 2-3 weeks before I can be seen and I have shared cost medicaid so by the time they can see me I dont have insurence anymore. 7 months later I still have NO answers and/or treatment! But they did send me a $728.00 bill! And I have to ask, for what?
