Skin Cancer is an especially vital concern in Florida, where we enjoy a climate that permits year-round outdoor activities, but at the same time puts us at high risk for acute and chronic sun damage; the precancers and dangerous Skin Cancers that often develop can actually become life threatening. For this reason, my focus on educating my patients about the prevention of Skin Cancer is strong.
