The staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They could've used a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and we always end up having to wait quite awhile to see the doctor. They were easy to reach during normal business hours. When I called they answered right away. Dr. Catrett is like a old country doctor and since there is a lack of doctors in the area, and if you don't want to drive 40 minutes to Columbus GA, then you have little choice but to go to this doctor's office. It is an old building with uncomfortable seats and even if you get an appointment, plan on spending at least 3 hours there due to the long time spend sitting in the waiting area before you are even seen.Then it's another 30 to 40 min. wait once you are inside a room waiting for the doctor to see you. The doctor can be a bit rude and lacks a good bedside manner. The doctor is able to handles sports physicals, basic injuries, and basic health issues like coughs and colds. For more involved health issues we go to Columbus to see doctors.
