Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
